Pavement Management Program

We will give a brief technical overview of common pavement systems and will explain the critical design and usage criteria that will impact pavement longevity. We will then discuss how to develop a Pavement Management Program for multiple sites. In addition to reviewing different pavement technologies, we will also review pavement project management processes.

In addition, we will look at several factors that are affecting the roofing industry in 2017 and the impact these will have on your projects.


The 5 Step Process for Getting Your Facility Budgets Approved

The most common challenge faced by facilities professionals is getting their annual budgets approved. During this presentation, we will review a five-step process to help create a defensible budget request.

Mr. O’Hare has been involved with managing numerous building envelope and paving projects for StructureTec in the corporate, healthcare, higher education, and K-12 industries. As Quality Manager he focuses on understanding customers’ needs and designing solutions to meet those needs. He prides himself on his commitment to achieving ultimate customer satisfaction, and providing value through all StructureTec programs. Mr. O’Hare is actively involved in IFMA, CURT, DBIA, ASBO, AFE and ASHE.


Tom Rea

Manager, Pavement Management Group

Mr. Rea’s formal heavy civil education and his degree in business, is coupled with over 30 years of hands-on civil engineering, site work, and state and federal highway construction experience. Additionally, he brings skills in the surveying, evaluating, designing, drafting, inspecting, and testing of heavy civil construction projects throughout the nation. Mr. Rea draws from his significant experience to provide tremendous value in his programs.


Sergio Pagés

Senior Vice President

Mr. Pagés has managed the development of multiple building envelope programs for a number of facilities across North America, encompassing a wide variety of industries, including automotive, health care/hospitals, schools (K-12 and universities), property management, government and non-profit organizations. As Senior Vice President he designed and implemented an engineering database system that incorporates the engineering services provided by StructureTec as well as information regarding the building envelope assets of its clients.


Chris Cogan

Regional Manager, Roofing Division

Mr. Cogan has his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and has been involved with StructureTec since 2005. His current role is Manager of the Roofing Division and he is responsible for the management of projects from evaluations, roof system design, preparation of contract documents, and quality control procedures during construction. He is experienced in steep and low slope roof system technology.
