CSG develops a program and then performs the predictive and preventative maintenance. The team specializes in performing remedial or even emergency repairs. CSG can also serve as a Construction Manager for a client's capital building envelope projects. CSG provides a single source for facility management.

In addition to performing the construction activities, the deliverables produced by Construction Services Group may include maintenance specifications, the actual workmanship and materials, field reports, and the final project report. As a Construction Manager, CSG provides coordination of subcontract relationships with multiple trades for complex major capital projects with an expanded scope.
