StructureTec performs two annual inspections of the completed project, twelve months and twenty-four months after completion. On low-slope roofing projects, an additional StructureScan survey is performed at the twenty-four month audit. All warranty items are relayed to the contractor or manufacturer and any maintenance items are reviewed with the owner.
