We begin the majority of roofing projects with an evaluation. Our registered roof consultants and engineers survey and document the type and current condition of all components of the roof. A StructureScan® infrared thermal imagery survey may be conducted to determine the presence of wet substrate. We establish a Roof Condition Index and create a prioritized plan for your roof system.
