Summary: Northern Michigan Hospital is a state-of-the-art medical facility located near the picturesque shores of little Traverse Bay. Years of warm summers and harsh winters in this area took a toll on the outside of the hospital facility, and they decided to work with a consultant to provide solutions. StructureTec was on-site providing a StructureScanTM Survey at the Northern Michigan Hospital, when some deterioration of the building envelope was observed.

Summary: University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) is an integrated global health enterprise and one of the leading non-profit health systems in the United States, serving the health needs of more than 4 million people each year. UPMC - Braddock Hospital is located in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. The various buildings and wings of UPMC - Braddock Hospital had received little to no maintenance over the years. In some areas, significant deterioration and shifting of masonry had occurred.
