Summary: Woodhaven-Brownstown School District was experiencing minor leakage in a number of their facilities. StructureTec had previously conducted an extensive evaluation of the roofs and had developed budgets for maintenance and replacement. Woodhaven, however, wanted further assistance in developing a strategic maintenance program and decided to use StructureTec Construction Services Group (CSG) to perform the necessary ongoing maintenance. CSG prioritized the areas for repair based on existing leaks, the severity of the distress, and the schools' needs. A four-year plan was developed. CSG then began work on the areas which had highest priority. CSG also supported Woodhaven by providing emergency roof repairs during the interim on areas which had not yet been addressed. This process developed into an ongoing maintenance program.
