Ascent at Roebling's Bridge in Covington, KY undergoes Building Restoration to Address Leaks
The Ascent at Roebling's Bridge is located in Covington, Kentucky. The building owner contacted StructureTec to investigate ongoing leakage. Due to the extreme slope of the roof, StructureTec utilized drone technology to conduct a thorough evaluation of the roof and wall systems. Based on the evaluation, StructureTec designed a custom scope of work to remediate the situation.
The extent of the work included precast concrete panel repairs, sealant repairs, and below grade waterproofing of the plaza system.
