Total Quality Management
StructureTec Corporation is committed to the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) and has established a management system with a goal of assuring that the quality of the products and services it provides, exceeds the expectations of our customers.
The management system is documented in the Corporate Quality and Procedures Manual and provides standards, monitoring methods and auditing procedures for all operations. It is designed for continuous quality improvement through open and frequent communications with our customers, empowerment of our employees to act in the best interests of our customers, training in the latest technologies and safe operations and an employee recognition system to reward excellence in performance.
An important part of the quality program recognizes the responsibility of the Corporation and its employees for environmental protection and community improvement. The Corporation contributes to and encourages its employees to actively participate in community programs.
Subcontractors/Suppliers
The management system requires high quality standards for the products and services supplied by subcontractors and suppliers and a recorded evaluation of them is maintained and used to assure total project quality.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is of prime importance and customers are asked to evaluate each project. These evaluations are reviewed and recorded. Suggestions for improvement are given immediate attention and incorporated into the continuous quality improvement program.
