Program
Our Total Building Envelope Management program has evolved as a direct result of developing solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Our program combines the expertise of weatherproofing technology with the increasing demand for addressing the entire building envelope under one umbrella. This "total envelope" concept incorporates all aspects of weatherproofing the structure and allows us to provide a solution for the entire facility. Since we are not a manufacturer or a contractor, we present an unbiased approach in developing programs for the remediation of facilities.
Background
StructureTec was incorporated in the State of Michigan in 1991 to provide professional consulting and technical services to a wide variety of clients. Our present staff includes licensed engineers and certified technologists as well as other professionals. The firm has its Corporate Office in Kalamazoo, Michigan, a Detroit Regional Office and a Chicago Regional Office. We conform to and/or exceed established industry standards and formats as set forth by such professional organizations as CSI, RCI, IRWC, NSPE, and AIA. Besides these listed, our professional technical affiliations also include NRCA, IFMA, AFE, ACI, ASTM, RIEI, CAM, and others.
